Features Description
Voice calling
Place, receive and control calls on any SIP phone, SoftPhone or Deskphone with gloCOM enhanced efficiency. You don't need to waist time searching for a number, typing a number into dialer and risk missdialing.
 
Voicemail gloCOM enables you to play, rewind, pause, delete and move Voicemail messages to a different folder straight from your PC. You may even save your voice messages to the local disk drive.
 
Answer a call
Answer your calls straight from the gloCOM PC interface and your call will automatically be answered on a deskphone device with the speakerphone on.
 
Hangup / Reject call
You may hangup or reject the call from your desktop using gloCOM unified communications app.
 
Call transfer If you need to transfer the call you can do it by using gloCOM app. Just press the transfer button and select a contact from the list or input the desired number. There is no need for you to dial an extension or a phone number anymore and risk a missdial during the transfer.
 
Hold / Resume call
If you need to check some related info or consult a co-worker, just place the call on hold with a single click. When finished pick up the call and continue the conversation.
 
Park calls
You may park an active call to the first available parking slot.
 
Redial Press a button to redial the last number you called.
 
Click to dial
Initiate a call on your PC without even touching the phone before the call is answered.
 
Mute Mute your speaker or MIC when needed straight from the gloCOM interface.
 
Speakerphone Place your call on deskphone speakerphone by pressing a button in the gloCOM application interface.
 
Call recording

gloCOM enables you full control over the call redording. Start, stop, pause and resume call recording from the gloCOM interface. To exploit this feature you need gloCOM and Bicom Systems PBXware installed.
 

Join two calls
 
gloCOM allows you to join two active calls by simply dragging the call icon of one call and dropping it into the other call window.
 
Convert call to conference
 
gloCOM enables you to make a seamless transition from a standard 2-way call into a dynamic conference for multiple participants. Simply drag and drop one or more contacts from the list into the active call window.
 
Call from Chat
 
Start a voice call from any chat session and vice versa.
 
Call on available Activate this option if you need to call a contact that is currently on the call. No need to monitor when that contact will be available, gloCOM will do that for you.
 
Noise reduction algorithm When you are making a call in a noisy environment gloCOM will automatically reduce background noises without impacting the quality of your own voice.
