- Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'System: Conf Files'
- Click on the 'Features' command on the right hand side
- In the main text box, directly under '[general]', add following line:
pickupexten = **
- (The new call pickup access code is set to '**')
- Click on the 'Save' button
- Click on the 'Reload' button to reload system configuration files
