'Say Caller ID' tells you the extension number from which the voice message was left before playing the voice message.

To set the 'Say Caller ID' option do:

1. Login to the system administration.

2. Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'.

3. Under the 'Main Voicemail Menu' group there is a 'Say Caller ID' option.

4. Select 'Yes' and click the 'Save' button.
