In order to display the CLI leading zero for inbound calls:

• Login to the system administration
• Navigate to 'Trunks'
• Click on the 'Edit' button in order to change trunk settings
• Click on the 'Advanced Options' button
• Set 'Write Dialing Code'='No'
• Click on 'Save'
• Click on the 'Restart' button to restart the system
