• Login to the system administration
• Create a Trunk with name 'trunk1,' for example
• Navigate to 'Settings: Protocols'
• Set 'Context'='trunk1'
• Set 'Allow Guest'='Yes'
• Click on 'Save'
• Click on 'Restart'

NOTE: You will also need to setup a firewall that will block all IP addresses outside the provider range.
