The message envelope tells you the date and time that the voice message was left before the voice message is played.

To play the envelope messages:

1. Login to the system administration.

2. Navigate to 'Settings: Voicemail'.

3. Under the 'Main Voicemail Menu' group there is a 'Play Envelope Message' option.

4. Select 'Yes' and click on the 'Save' button.
