The voice message sound file can be attached to a voice message notification email. This allows you to check your voice inbox from your computer by checking your email address.

To enable attaching of voice messages to notification emails:

1. Login to the system administration.

2. Edit your 'Extension'.

3. Under the 'Voicemail' group there is an 'Attach' option.

4. Select 'Yes' and click 'Save' button.
