- Login to the system administration
- Navigate to 'System: Music On Hold'
- Click on 'Add Content'
- Set 'Clip Name' (e.g. Sludge Factory)
- Set 'Author' (e.g. Alice In Chains)
- Click on 'Browse' and select a sound file from your computer
- Set the 'Length' of the sound file (e.g. 4:36)
- Select a 'Class' that the sound file will belong to (e.g. 'default)
- Set 'Status'='On' to activate this sound file
- Click on 'Save'
