Master tenant

• Login to the system administration
• On the Master tenant, navigate to 'Settings'
• Click on 'Edit' next to a tenant
• Under 'Call Groups/Pickup Groups' select as many groups as you wish to assign to the tenant
• Click on 'Save'

Tenant

• Navigate to the tenant
• Navigate to 'Extensions'
• Click 'Edit' next to an extension
• Click on 'Advanced options'
• Under 'Call/Pickup groups' select the option previously added on master tenant
• Click 'Save'
