Changing the call transfer digit is useful if you require a '#' digit to confirm service provider details.

• Login to the administration interface
• Navigate to 'Settings->Conf Files'
• Click on 'Features'
• Add the following line at the bottom:

• Click on 'Save'

NOTE:
The transfer digit can be changed to '#9' or any other number combination.
