If you receive a notification email saying 'Asterisk is not running on ($DATE/$TIME)' and the server name is missing:

• Login to system administration
• Navigate to 'Settings->Servers->Edit'
• Set 'Server Name'='My Server' (for example)

All new notification emails will be sent as follows

'Asterisk is not running on My server ($DATE/$TIME)'
