Bicom Systems releases new version of PBX platform with focus on usability

PBXware version 4.1.2 addresses bug fixes, customer requests, and updates to the GUI

TUZLA – June 10, 2017 – Bicom Systems released PBXware version 4.1.2 on Tuesday morning to new and existing partners. PBXware (www.bicomsystems.com/products/pbxware) is an IP-PBX turnkey communications platform that integrates natively with several other Unified Communications solutions. The latest release enhances usability through several bug fixes and improvements to the GUI.

“Version 4.1.2 is primarily focused on ease-of-use,” says Bicom Support Engineer Nedim Mehmedovic. “We took customer feedback to heart in the development of this release and think our partners will find the updated interface more efficient and easy to use. More than anything else, though, this release is one more step toward the upcoming launch of PBXware 5.”

Among others, new features in PBXware version 4.1.2 include:

• Improved queue statistics
• API improvements
• Transfer and re-park of parked calls
• Ability to set the language on the tenant-level
• Connected line updates

New devices have been introduced into the latest version of PBXware through partnerships with Fanvil, Htek, Huawei, Obiahi, Polycom, VTech, and Yealink.
